These terms govern your use of resplabs.com (the "site"), operated by RespLabs Medical USA Inc.. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
resplabs.com is an information and product-discovery site. It describes resplabs products and links to Amazon, where the products are sold. No purchase happens on this site. When you buy on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca, Amazon's Conditions of Use, its returns policy and its A-to-z Guarantee govern that purchase, together with our product warranty described in Shipping, returns and warranty.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site is general information about CPAP equipment and accessories. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace the advice of your physician, sleep specialist or respiratory therapist. Read the full medical disclaimer. It forms part of these terms.
Prices, availability and product information
Prices shown on this site are pulled from Amazon and refreshed through the day. They can change between refreshes, and the price on Amazon at the moment you check out is the price you pay. Stock status is indicative. Product descriptions, compatibility statements and images are provided in good faith; if a listing on Amazon and this site disagree, the Amazon listing controls for that purchase. We correct errors when we find them and reserve the right to do so without notice.
Compatibility and third-party brands
resplabs products are replacement parts and accessories designed to fit equipment made by other manufacturers, including ResMed, Philips Respironics, Fisher & Paykel and React Health. We name those brands and models so you can find the right fit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. See the trademark notice.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, layout, photography and the resplabs® name and logo belong to RespLabs Medical USA Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use the content to train an automated system without written permission. Product images sourced from Amazon listings remain subject to Amazon's terms.

We link to Amazon and occasionally to manufacturers or reference sources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you the right to sue at home, that right isn't affected. Before filing anything, email us. Most problems get fixed in one reply.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use after that is acceptance. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands.
